The ENTD® ️- National Digital Transformation Board has turned one year since its startUp and, before it, the observatory’s activity, which lasted three years, has allowed the establishment of the ENTD®️ itself. In these 12 months we have fulfilled our commitments to society and associates consistently, always guided by ethical polarization and high specialization, without compromising with anyone. No public fund has been used, which makes us proud because it gives even greater value to the sacrifice of many and to the results obtained by everyone for Everyone.

The will is to continue along this path, the most tiring and often the most dangerous, as already noted in the Call for the Ethics Committee, made known through the same medium and metodology, 7 months ago. In March, the President and Vice President of the Ethics Committee will be appointed. New challenges have now begun involving us at European and international level, paradoxically a smoother framework in which to act and operate.

Aware of the scenarios that awaited us, on October 31, 2020, during the extraordinary meeting of the Institution, the core paper were amended, establishing, among others, the Technical Committee, to which this request for expression of interest refers:

ART. 18QUINQUIES

(Technical Committee)

It is a committee with an advisory function. Composed of members appointed by the President who shall be for 1 year. The assignment is awarded free of charge. The Technical Committee shall be convened by the President whenever it deems it necessary. Annex “D” 11 The President presiding over the Technical Committee shall attend the meetings of the Technical Committee or, in the event of his absence or impediment, the Vice President and the Secretary shall attend the meetings of the Technical Committee. The meetings are drawn up by the Secretary and the minutes, reported in the appropriate book-minutes, are kept at the headquarters of the Association and brought to the attention of the members of the Committee in suitable manner, even if they have not intervened. The details are also accessible to all members.

The Technical Committee is called upon to express an opinion on issues that are submitted to its attention by the President of the Body and that concern:

  1. the execution of associative activities;
  2. projects aimed at obtaining public and private funding;

Last July, on the case of the Call for the Ethics Committee, 277 expressions of interest arrived, all of high human and professional depth. For this, we thank once again all those who have expressed their interest.

We were confronted with almost all the professionals, whose high profile we appreciated but, despite our spite, it was not possible to form a committee composed of everyone. Many of those who did not take part in the Committee have also supported us and always followed us with professionalism, respect, passion and mutual esteem.

It seems to us necessary, in accordance with the attitudes required by the role, to invite those who spent time with us, in the hot month of August, to renew the expression of interest, if they are still interested.

The consultation and involvement of the ENTD Technical Committee is always on a voluntary basis.

The term of office of the members shall be 1 year – renewable once.

In the event of a conflict of interest, the members of the Technical Committee will be temporarily replaced by alternates appointed by the President.
